Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

You may return most undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Eggs are a non-refundable item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If the item is returned in damaged condition we will be unable to refund you for that item.

If you need to return an item, please contact us by email, phone or online chat and provide your name, order number, item(s) to be returned and reason for return (refund or exchange). If you are returning an item for an exchange, please specify the item you would like. Once we receive your return/exhcnage request, we will email you with the return instructions within 24 hours. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, such as eggs.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping of eggs

We prefer to ship eggs Monday through Wednesday so that your eggs will arrive as fresh as possible and not have to spend an extra day or two at the post-office over the weekend. However, we will ship on any day you request. Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer a guarantee that all of your eggs will hatch nor can we guarantee they will not have been drop-kicked by someone at the post office and arrive in perfect shape; that said, we will pack them extremely well. Eggs are very fragile and may break if roughly mishandled by the shipper no matter how well packed they are. The shipper may also misdirect or lose your eggs. To protect your purchase in the event your eggs are lost or misdirected by the Postal Service, the price of eggs includes insurance. If your eggs do not arrive within 10 days (the optimum incubating time range), we will file a claim to obtain a full refund for you.
