Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Crazy K Farm Pet & Poultry Products, LLC. uses United States Postal Services, United Parcel Service and FedEx. All orders ship within 1 business day unless specified otherwise under availability. Please note that we have a 12:00PM EST cutoff for same day shipping for express or expedited orders. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays or other announced holidays. Economy shipping methods are not guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date and the 3 to 7 business day transit time is just an estimate. Our expedited and express shipping services are guaranteed. Please note that expedited or express orders recevied after the 12:00PM EST cutoff will be shipped the next business day or shipped based on availability listed on the product page. Weekend or holidays are not included in the transit time for any shipment. Please take this in to consideration when ordering your products if they are time dependent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Please contact us at support@crazykfarm.com with your return or exchange request with the item(s)you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will email you a pre-paid return label. Please note that in the case of return for refunds, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund amount. There is no charge for return shipping if the item is being returned for an exchange or the item was damaged or defective. 

The costs of return shipping are below for your information. Pre-paid return shipping is not available for international orders.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process the return once the item or times have been received back at our warehouse. Refunds can take an additional 1 to 3 business days for funds to reach customer accounts.
